ICeCoffEE.m: Strip intra-URL whitespace, not just leading and trailing.

ICeCoffEE.ldb: More localization changes.

ICeCoffEE.xcodeproj: Copy Smart Crash Reports, its Unsanity Installer
plugin, and the German-localized Select Services nib (oops).

And nuke some .DS_Stores for good measure.
