PSTimer.m: Only remove valid alarms from alarm list.

PSAlarms.m: Initialize PSTimer before restoring alarms - fixes startup
crash reported by Philippe Martin.

Read Me.rtfd: Removed obsolete entry from known bugs. Updated for
Pester 1.1b2.
